I will inform you as to whether or not I will be able to help you.  I may require additional information from you at that time, or I may send you an email prior to our scheduled call requesting said info.

What You Can Expect After Your Consult

I will follow-up with you via email:

1. to inform you as to whether or not I will be able to help you (if not discussed during our chat),
2. the cost of the program(s) that will assist you with your particular needs,
3. the anticipated amount of time required for your particular situation. 
4. to confirm that a FULL refund of the Good Faith Deposit has been issued to you from PayPal.

Don’t worry.  My fees are affordable and very reasonable.
