#1 – Wheatgrass Juice


Years ago, I did a ton of research on wheatgrass, both out of curiosity and necessity.  I also grew this grass and formulated a soil blend that makes it grow and taste its’ best.  It was a very interesting several months of my life.

This grass, as it turns out, is an incredibly powerful iron chelator.

It belongs to a family of plants called phytosiderophores of the mucigenic acid family.

What’s especially wonderful about wheatgrass is that:

  • it has the same mineral composition as human blood, with the exception that magnesium replaces the iron component;
  • it is incredibly healing, nourishing, and detoxifying for the body;
  • it’s very potent, like realllllly potent.  The good thing about this is that even in small amounts, it can still be effective at doing what it does best—detoxifying, re-mineralizing, re-vitalizing, re-juvenating.  There’s a reason it’s called a “SuperFood” !!
  • in the right amount, it could really help to improve your energy level while concurrently reducing your iron levels;
