#8 – Lecithin –
There are many benefits to increasing the amount of lecithin in your diet.
First of all, for your brain.
Lecithin is the source of 3 important “brain” nutrients:
(1) phosphatidylcholine,
(2) phosphatidylinositol, and
(3) EFAs (essential fatty acids).
It is also a significant source of phosphorus. The great thing about this is that this phosphorus would help with your iron reduction. It is important, though, that the level of phosphorus in the lecithin be balanced with additional calcium. And again, this would be a definite plus for you in ridding your body of excess iron.
