Iron Overload Illness: Hemochromatosis – Part 17 – Putting it all together

Welcome Dear One.

If you’re coming “fresh” to this series, please visit the first “Iron Overload Illnesses” post under “Mystery Ailments” to get the password. Then, return to this post and use it to access the second part. Thank you.

— The Last One —

Well, Dear One, this is the basic “shopping list” of everything that I’ve told you about.

These are for the FIRST part of the plan.  The SECOND part comes when your iron level gets lowered and can be maintained at a constant for at least 4 to 6 months.

During these 4 to 6 months, you will notice significant improvements to your health in many areas.

Other issues that you’ve had, that were negatively affected or even brought on by the iron overload, may/will diminish or even return to normal.  You will experience a restoration, a normalization, a stabilization and a renewed sense of well-being.

Such a relief after what you’ve been through !!

At that point, we can move into the SECOND part of the protocol and I’ll coach you through that stage.

Remember, along the way, I’m there to help you.  You have any issues, ask me through the Facebook group. I can answer there quickly there.

This is a summary list of everything that I’ve suggested.

If you can afford everything, wow!  That would be wonderful.  But, not many of us can.  So, don’t worry about it.  I’m grouping them in chunks that are do-able, and this is the way that I would go.

I’ve grouped products that go logically together and show you the “must haves“.

The list also provides options for you for when you can afford them.
