#7 – Milk Thistle –
This is one of the herbs that I just knew would benefit you for its’ liver cleansing abilities.
However, unbeknownst to me, and a pleasant surprise, it is also an effective and powerful iron chelator.
It helps to protect the liver and the gallbladder from the scarring that can result from excessive iron accumulation over a long period of time.
The great thing about the liver, though, that few people know, is that the liver can actually regenerate itself when enough of the right nutrients and circumstances are provided. So, there’s always hope. (Thank you, God.)
