#2 – Barley Grass Juice –
The research and experiments that I did on wheatgrass (previous post in this sequence), I also did for barley grass.
It turned out that barley grass did much better for me and it might work really well for you, too.
One of the reasons for that is that unlike wheatgrass, which is rather “sweet” tasting, barley grass is quite bitter and something to get used to.
But effective ? INCREDIBLY. Like “wow” !!
It’s especially great if you have blood sugar issues.
It is very high in the anti-cancer compound SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) and P4D1 Enzyme.
Also, it’s bitterness acts as an EXCELLENT stimulator-detoxifier for the liver. (See my Caveat below.)
