Terms For Cancelling, Re-Scheduling Or Missing a VideoChat Consult with Alannah
Rules for Booking Your FREE Videochat Consult with me
To confirm your serious intention for this call, I require a Good Faith deposit of $30.00 to a PayPal link within the Calendar that I will be available to you when you schedule the Video-Consult. It will be held in that account until the Video-Consult is completed, at which time, I will refund you your money IN FULL.
Should you need to CANCEL our scheduled call:
You will need to do so a minimum of 24 hours prior, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. I am sorry for this, but my time is very limited and your time slot would otherwise be taken by someone who is seriously in need of my assistance.
Please note that a cancellation fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your Good Faith Deposit.
If you do cancel prior to that 24 hour window, please do so through the link that I provide AND also be certain to send me an email at the same time. The email will be time and date stamped and will serve as proof should there be a conflict regarding your refund less the cancellation fee. Thank you for your attention to this detail.
Should you need to RE-SCHEDULE our call:
You will need to do so a minimum of 24 hours prior, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. So please make certain to do so at least an hour before the 24 hour window AND also send me an email at the same time as it will be time and date stamped as proof of the time you actually re-scheduled your upcoming video-consult with me so that we can avoid any dispute. I’d rather we stay in each other’s good graces, if you know what I mean.
No SAME DAY Bookings Accepted
As explained above, given that people cannot book the day of their Consult with me, they too need to schedule their appointment with me at least 24 hours in advance to give me enough time to review their questionnaire, the same as I would do for you.
I apologize for this inconvenience, but the review of your answers and the suggestions made are NOT canned. I actually take the time to review every answer and analyze them before we have our chat.
If your re-scheduled call is done in advance of the 24 hour window, your deposit will continue to be held in the PayPal account until the Video-Consult is completed at which time you receive a FULL REFUND.
Otherwise it will be refunded less a fee of $10.00.
During our Video-Consult
I will inform you as to whether or not I will be able to help you. I may require additional information from you at that time, or I may send you an email prior to our scheduled call requesting said info.
What you can expect following your Consult
I will follow-up with you via email:
- to inform you as to whether or not I will be able to help you (if not discussed during our chat),
- the cost of the program(s) that will assist you with your particular needs,
- the anticipated amount of time required for your particular situation.
- to confirm that a FULL refund of the Good Faith Deposit has been issued to you from PayPal.
Further communications will happen between us should you decide to follow-through on engaging my services.
Don’t worry. My fees are affordable and very reasonable.
